London’s ExCeL is about to get a whole lot bigger on the inside this November as the stars and monsters from Doctor Who take over for three out-this-world days.

Due to the comprehensive nature of the event programme, there are limited times each day for cast members to sign autographs and pose for professional photos. We therefore want to ensure that as many fans as possible are able to book one of the opportunities.

Yes, ExCeL London does have manual wheelchairs available to hire.
Visitors who are in need of a wheelchair must make their way to the information desk at either the east or the west entrance points and discuss their requirements with an ExCeL representative.
There will be a small refundable deposit which is payable upon receipt of the wheelchair and will be immediately refunded as soon as the wheelchair is returned.
If you require a carer to help at the event due to disability we offer a free carer ticket. For tickets purchased prior to the ballot, please contact the disability access helpline on: 08434 594939 or alternatively, email email@example.com. If you are successful in the ballot, CrowdSurge will contact you to arrange the free carer ticket. We reserve the right to request proof of disability upon entry to the event.
Yes. Guide Dogs are allowed into the event.
Please note: we wouldn’t recommend taking a dog in to the Special Effects show due to the nature of the content.
Sign language interpreters will be available during the ICE WARRIOR Theatre shows on Friday 22nd November and Saturday 23rd November.
Entry tickets for children and infants are classed as the following:
COMPLIMENTARTY INFANT TICKET: Ages 0-5 inclusive. Please note a maximum of one infant ticket per adult ticket
CHILD TICKET: Ages 6-16 inclusive
PLEASE NOTE: Proof of age may be requested upon entry. All children MUST be accompanied by an adult.
The majority of the programme will be the same on the Friday, Saturday and the Sunday. There will be some cast changes each day. We would advise you to purchase a ticket for one of the days only.
The doors will open at 9.30am and will close at 6.30pm so you will be able to enjoy a full day of action-packed Doctor Who activity. A sample PLAN YOUR DAY can be found on the Features page.
Doors to ExCeL London will open at 8.30am.The catering outlets will be open at this time.
The Doctor Who 50th Celebration opens at 9.30am, but registration will take place from 8.30am. From 8.30am you will be able to access halls S10 and N10 to have your ticket scanned. We recommend that you arrive promptly to register in time for the first shows.
Please enter via the Prince Regent Entrance and head towards The Capital Suite, Halls N20 – N22. Alternatively, use Custom House.
The DLR is recommended as the quickest route to ExCeL London via The Jubilee Line from Central London. Please check the ExCeL London website for full travel details

Yes, there are three cloakrooms at ExCeL which will be available for use and is charged at £1 per item.
Yes, you are more than welcome to take photos during the day, however flash photography and video filming will be strictly prohibited during the theatre sessions. Photos are also prohibited in any of the cast members paid for photo opportunities. Only official photos allowed.
Unfortunately tickets will not be available to purchase on the day.
We have introduced the TARDIS ticket for this event. It will give access to all of the features that a standard ticket would include, as well as securing front row seats in the Theatre, a private Lounge, refreshments and a goodie bag with limited edition merchandise. There are a very limited number of these tickets available. Priced at £95.50 for adult tickets, £44.25 for children and a family ticket costs £218 including booking fee.

You will have opportunity to submit questions to the cast during the auditorium sessions. Due to the comprehensive nature of the event programme, if you have not purchased a photo or autograph opportunity, there will not be time for the cast to meet visitors or sign autographs.

Yes you can order a limited edition T-shirt at the same time as booking your event ticket. You can select to either have your T-shirt posted out in advance of the event or to collect on the day. Adults and children’s sizes are available.
Booking confirmations and e-tickets can take approximately 24 hours to send, therefore please allow the maximum amount of time before submitting a query to our ticketing partner. You can also view your order by logging into your CrowdSurge account online - visit www.crowdsurge.com. Your details will be those which you supplied at the point of purchase.
If you choose to have a ticket delivered to you they will be posted to the address you provide at time of booking. Tickets will be sent out approx 4 weeks before the event date. Tickets cannot be re-issued therefore please keep them in a safe place.
You can also choose to select an e-ticket delivery method so that you can print your ticket at home. An e-ticket will be emailed to your provided email address at time of booking.
If your tickets do not arrive and it is less than 10 days before the event, please contact the Box Office on 0844 6930780. Please quote the reference number supplied to you at time of booking. This will also be found on your email confirmation.
Yes you can transfer tickets to a friend if you are unable to attend.
Due to the limited number of tickets, tickets are non transferable.
